Sponsor my husband

Hi all, I received my green card last month and want to sponsor my husband. Can somebody tell me if my husband is in the US on a visitors visa, can I:-
1. file I-130 & I-485 together,
2. Can he overstay his visa while paperwork is being processed,
3. How does he get an EAD?
