F4 and F2 based green card
Hello everyone,
i was looking at Family based green cards when i had a thought i wanted to share with you.
my mom has a brother who's a US citizen, she can apply for Family fourth preference GC and get a Green card from my uncle, right?
well,
when she gets her GC, can i apply for family second preference as her adult daughter and get a GC from her?
or will it be considered a visa fraud to do so ?
