Moderators - how to find them??? Need to delete/edit my post

I'D LIKE TO DELETE A POST AND I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND MESSAGES BUT I HAVE NO ANSWER.
I FOUND THIS ON IMMIHELP.COM FAQ:

"Can I edit or delete my posts?
If you have registered and are logged in, you may be able to edit and delete your posts (although the administrator may have turned off this option). Your ability to edit your posts may be time-limited, depending on how the administrator has set up the forum."

MY ABILITY TO EDIT OR DELETE A POST IS UNABLE AND I'D LIKE TO ACTIVATE THAT OR REQUEST A MODERATOR TO DELETE A POST FOR ME. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

I DONT EVEN HAVE THE OPTION TO COMPLETE DELETE MY ACCOUNT IF I WANTED TO AS LAST CASE SCENARIO... DOES ANYONE HAS BEEN THROUGH THIS AS WELL?

Thanks for your reply. I might have a glitch on my posts, because I cannot find the "edit" button anywhere...
I've already read the FAQ on that subject. I really appreciate your help.
