No Birth Certificate - Wish to bring Mother to the US
Hi All, I wish to bring my biological mother to the states by filling an I-130. I was brought to the US at the age of 5 by my father and stepmother but they had used a birth certificate that replaced my biological mother with my stepmothers name. I attempted to reach out to my country of birth(which is a third world country) but all I could be supplied with by relatives was a birth certificate with an entirely different name. So it might suggest that the name I was use today is completely different from what I was born with. Not sure how to proceed. Will DNA test even be an option? Should I seek legal help for my case? Thank for any light you can shed on this.
