Help : F4 category Medical & Interview date

Hi,

My Mother got abnormal chest x-ray in medical examination and we (me,my brother and father) clear the medical test. Our Visa interview date is on 26 May 2016.
Medical center told my mother that she have to give Sputum test and after 8 week result of that test will come.
Medical center give one letter that do not go to your interview date because your have to undergo for further medical examination.

In My case, my mother is PRINCIPAL APPLICANT and we have interview on 26 th may 2016 without her.
so is there any chances that we are getting visa on scheduled interview date ????????????
expert please provide suggestion and help me in this situation......

Please email to Mumbai consulate - they respond immediately. - ( even you get visa - no one will allow to US without principal Immigrant came with you.) The best option is to reschedule your interview date for further 8 weeks.

If there any problem if we will go on schedule date with out my mother ?????
and after medical examination my mother will schedule interview..

It's best to reschedule interview for all. Thay may or may not take your interview or reject you without your mother.

F4 category P.D is -sept 2004

Hey i have simillar case like him, right now m in usa on student visa, i have found date of filling is may 2004, is there any chance that date may be progress after this oct,2016 in date of filling applicants for india? I am worried because they retrogress to 2001 ! So should we have to wait for more than 3 years or it will be back after on 2003 after oct.2016 ? And whats the reason behind this retrogression? Doesnt make sense

Hi Himani,

Wait for oct 2016 they issue new visa for f4 category....For my calculation you have to wait for more 10 to 12 months for your priority date..

Thanks for reply, i am hoping to file for adjustment of status coz i am in in usa with valid status, can i expect to file AOS within year 2017? With my PD :sept 2004
