My mom's sister had submitted the I-130 for my mom and her family(husband and 3 children) back in 2004 March. Now she got some documents from the NVC asking her to start collecting the documents and pay the fee. But while going to the DS-261 site we are seeing only my mom's and dad's name as the applicants. None of her children are listed there. Is is because they are aged out? Because my brother was only 11 in 2014 and I think he is eligible for a status adjustment.
Someone please clarify this as I don't want to pay the fees and finally come to know that visa got rejected because children details are not present?
