Hello, I had some queries filing:

A) I-864 (AOS)

1) Does he need to submit TWO (2) I-864 (AOS) affidavits?
My son had filed 2 separate petition I-130, one for me and one for my wife.

2) How should the petitioner file if principal immigrant assets are in the name of both?
For assets from principal immigrant, me and my wife, Section 6: Assets of the principal sponsored immigrant (optional).
For e.g. real estate worth around 30,000.00. Should I file 15,000.00 or 30,000 on each of the I-864 (AOS) forms?

Appreciate your help.

2. Try to avoid using real estate equity for sponsorship...hard to get accepted
