I-751 Help

Hi all,

We're filing the I-751 for my wife. The deadline is 6/20. The thing is that we will be staying in a different state for three months (5/20-8/20) due to my work. If I send in the forms using our regular address are the appointments going to be set near that address? Is there a way to get some flexibility from the USCIS?

I don't think it matters where you sent the form is from. You need to make sure you use your home address, and send it to the correct USCIS lock box. USCIS will determine the interview location based on the address you have on the form.
