I-130 &B1/B2 Visa

I have question for my I-130 Case .
My husband is an american citizen. we got married in last december He Filed my I-130 in May-05. I am also having 10 yrs visitor visa. I went usa for six months also. From July-05 to January-06.
Still today we havn't recv any papers abt my I-130 case. My husband inquired at INS office, CA and they assured him to expediate my case . But after 14 days also we havn't recv any papers.
I want to know that
1. should i go to usa on visitor visa again or I should wait for my immigration call?
2. Generally how much time they take for I-130 case?
3.What happen if I go USA and mean time they'll send my paper to Mumbai consulate? After that also can I apply for AOS from there?
Any reply will be highly appriciated

1. It is up to you.
2. Look at processing timings at http://www.immihelp.com/timings/processing-timings.html

3. You can always file I-485 if you are in US. However, if your papers have already reached Mumbai consulate, it is better to finish the processing from there as it is much faster. It takes many years for I-485 processing.
