Hey guys! Not sure where to post this. I'm a recent college graduate (citizen), and my fiancé is British and holds an O-1 Visa here. He recently went back to the UK for a family emergency. Unfortunately he won't be back here for a while because of that. Would I be able to get married in the UK, return by myself, apply for the green-card adjustment while he is in the UK? Thanks so much!
