Sponsoring sister-in-law and her children
My brother passed away a while ago. His wife and children live in India, and I would like to sponsor them to bring to the US.

2. Since my brother has passed away, will I have more hurdles to prove the relationship and sponsor my sister-in-law and her children? One son is 23 years old and the other is 11 years.
