American Citizen living in Canada wanting to move home with Canadian spouse
Hey everyone,
My husband and I have been married over 2 years now and living in Canada for over a year of that. My husband is born and raised American citizen, up in canada as a permanent resident. We are currently living in BC where the economy and housing market in particular are now unfavorable for anyone less than a lawyer or politician. HA.
We are hoping to complete some hefty university degree's and then move back to the states.
Since we are both full time Canadian where on earth do we start?
What forms do we need?
What documents do we have to provide?
I've still got all of our documentation from moving to Canada.
The US forms and such are sooo confusing, god forbid they be written simply for the average person.
Thank you for any helpful links, forms and information anyone can provide! I really don't want to do this all again but the markets are sooo much friendlier south of the border and plus it would be nice to be closer to my husbands family. <3
