When can I file 485 for my wife?

Hi all,

I am a US permanent resident and my wife is working in US with H1B now. Her 130 has been approved.

Now we are trying to file 485 (AOS), and also I131 (travel document) and I765 (employment authorization card). There are two priority date on visa bulletin:

A. APPLICATION FINAL ACTION DATES FOR
FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES
which is 11/2014 now.

And

B. DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED
VISA APPLICATIONS
which is 10/15 now.

My question is, which date should I use to file 485? Also, which date should I use to file I131 and I765?
