VISA help for parent of a U.S. Citizen
Hi all
I'm looking to move to the U.S. With my two year daughter as she's a U.S. Citizen by birth.
I've heard there's a way I can get green card without waiting for her to turn 21 years old.
But I'm not sure weather to apply for a green card or a visa..
We're based in London and I would like to get things sorted before she starts school.
What is the best option for me ?
