    Canadian moving to Texas

    Hi everyone,

    I am a Canadian. If I enter the States legally and get married there. Is it true that all I need to do is file I-130 and I-485 without going through the hassle of applying a K1/K3 visa? Anything else that I need be aware of? I do not want to lose my Canadian citizenship.
