So this now, 21 year old was filed for as a child when he/she was around 2 or 4 years old. This was done by a Grandparent who did it through their son/daughter. Which happens to be this 21 year old's Birth parent. After this was done the child actually did his/her interview in her/his country of birth. The plan was for the Birth parent to return from the USA and get their child. Unfortunately there were complications and that never happened. What ended up happening was, the child was taken to the USA illegally because his/her family was their. So after Graduating high school and then Applying for DACA and getting approved. He/She is now fearful of loosing his/her job and ending his/her school days. So he/she wanted to know If she/he could just Adjust her/his status through i-130 based off of the information filed years back. Is it possible?
