Affidavit of support question

I am applying for a marriage based green card. I am afraid of the I864 question on my income. Most of my income is off the books and I did not file income tax. I work for a security firm and work on a per diem basis. I live in my mother's house and do not pay rent. I read somewhere that free housing would be considered income. How would I include this in my application? Should I include fair market value for a two bedroom apartment? My mother is willing to attest to this, should she send in a copy of her deed? HELP!

we will need 2 joint sponsor depending on ur household size. do u own the apartment? if not then the apartment don't count. just use the security job and write a letter saying u make below wage needed to file tax and get it approve by IRS
