Hi my name is Paige,
My fiancee and I are engaged and will be married coming September. We met through a mutual friend when he was on leave visiting that friend in the University I graduated from - I live in Illinois and he's a marine stationed in North Carolina. However, I am working for a company right now that holds a contract on me for another two years, I am asking whether I will be able to file a for green card even when I will be living apart for him for the next two years? I am planning to move down there but applying for work would be easier when I move. I am current on OPT with STEM extension.
