Hi im the conditional res. My husband and i are about to file next week the form i751 the problem is even tho my husband is the USC he cant read and understand much english so the questions is am i allowed to be the preparer and the interpreter of the form? Or should i get an interpreter and i'll be the one to preapare it? Plssss help.
