See below my F4 category case details:
My priority date: June 30, 2003
On May 27, 2016: All documents were submitted to NVC, so we received an NVC letter saying my all documents have been received and within next 60 days the interview will be scheduled.
Cutoff date for few months:
March 2016 cutoff date: July 01, 2003
April 2016 cutoff date: July 22, 2003
May 2016 cutoff date: July 22, 2003
June 2016 cutoff date: January 01, 2001
As of June 2016, the cutoff date is retro to 2001, will my file be impacted due to this? Will I have to wait until the cutoff date gets on schedule? OR This retro 2001 schedule does not impact me as my priority date has already been passed and I received letter for interview schedule in 60 days?
