Hello,
I got the I-130 approved for my mother. As per next steps, USCIS mentioned that it will be sent to NVC.
My mother is travelling to US next week. I have 2 questions:-
1) Will this affect her entry to US next week ?. She has a 10 year valid B2 visa
2) Is there a way to tell NVC for her to take the interview in the US instead of India. She will stay here for 6 months and I'm not sure if the interview can be scheduled in the next 6 months. I was also told that processing will be quicker as she comes under immediate relative category and dont need to wait for the priority date. Is that true?
