Hi Everyone,
I have filed I-130 petition for my wife who is currently in India. She has a 10 year Business Visa (B1) stamped on her passport (from before the I-130 filing).
She has a business needs letter from her US based employer and she needs to travel for business to the US in couple of weeks. Would there be any issues for her travel? ie problems at immigration counter in the US, problem for her I130 processing etc.
