Hello everybody
I have a few questions about my parents' case:
I have applied for them (I-130).. My mom's case has been sent to the Department of State for Visa processing. My dad's case is still showing "we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan,....". Now, I paid the AOS fees for my mom's case and I am supposed to submit the AOS form. Do I have to fill it now or I have to wait until my dad's case is approved?
My other question is: For both my mom's and dad's cases, the USCIS asked for the same kind of documents ( Marriage certificate and my Birth certificate), however, only my mom's case was approved and ssent to the Department of State. It was sent three weeks ago and my dad's case still shows "we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan". Does that mean my dad might be declined? Or it is just a matter of time and it will be approved?
