I 130 from My daughter 3 yrs, Parents with Green cards, how long can she stay in U.S

My daughter of 3 yrs old is in the U.S on a valid B1/B2 visa. My wife and I have valid green cards. We submitted for her I130 and I485, based on what we were told to do at the airport. We just found out that this could take several years. Can she stay beyond the six months period? Her I485 will probably be rejected as we are still waiting for I130 approval which could take several years. What should we do, so that she continues to stay legal in the U.S and what do we do if we need to travel out and back in?

She can legally stay in the US as long as I-485 is pending. She does not need valid I-94 for her B1/B2 visa status.
