Hello all,
We recently got married and in the process of filing for my permanent recidency, my wife is the USC petitioner. I came as an F1 student in 2013 so my medical examination was done as required by the school upon my arrival (including TB test). We're getting the following forms ready to be filed-
1. i-485> Adjustment of Status
2. i-130> Relative Petition
3. i-765> Employment Authorization
4. i-864> Affidavit of Support
5. G-325> Biographical Information
My question is, do I also need to have a medical checkup by some uscis recognized physician and include the report with the papers? I shouldn't as I have lived here for a while now so inadmissibility on the basis of medical grounds shouldn't apply on me, specially as I was checked when I first came in 2013. Very confused about that. It will be very helpful if anyone with the exact same situation as mine can tell me what to do.
Thanks!
