Line no 22 on Form I 130 Applying for Parents Green Card

Greetings,

I am applying for my parents green card. At present they are in US traveling on a visitor visa. They plan to return back to India by end of November 2016. My question is, what should I fill on line 22 on I 130 form? This is about where Adjustment to permanent status in US or India. I want their I485 to get processed at an Indian consulate Vs. in US as they will be returning back to India by end of November. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Then you have to mention the name of City and State in India under which US consulate they would like to process their Adjust of Status I-485.
