My wife (US Citizen) is filling the I-130 form for me (H-1b visa holder). The field #14 requires "date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on form I-94 or I-95".
My I-94 stamp in the passport and the online copy of I-94 show this date as 08/13/2016.
However, I changed my job last year. The new employer filed another H-1b visa petition. I got a confirmation slip (I-797A) that refers to the same I-94 number but has a different validity information: "valid from 03/24/2016 until 10/09/2018".
Which date should my wife use in the I-130 form?
