Multiple I-130 Petition for Family F3 Immigrant Visa.What to do with unused Petition?

My US Citizen Parents both Mother and Father filed I-130 Petitions for me (Married Son).I was able to immigrate to US on my Father;s Petition and am already in US since 1 year.Now my second Petition by my mother is also about to become current.What do i have to do about the second Petition that i now wont be requiring? Do i have to do anything?have it cancelled...or just ignore it...?

You can ignore it. The case will be closed after 1 year at the NVC if your mother does not contact them.
