hello! i am new here..
my mother is a US citizen, i'm an adult daughter, unmarried, who lives outside the US. i need help with some questions...
- how long should the processing time be after she submits the I-130? any ideas?
- after that is accepted, do I have to immediately go to the US?
- when in the US, am I allowed to work right away? how long would that take?

the process takes over 12 years. in the application ur mother will apply for work permit and travel documentation for u. u will go to ur local embassy for the interview. your mother should have put u on the list when she applying for her green card. it is going to take forever

If you are over 21Years (Unmarried) It will take about 8 Years
If you are under 21 Years(Unmarried), It will take about 2 Years.
