Green Card I-130 City for AOS and finger printing

I am a GC holder and I live in Atlanta. My sister who is a citizen lives in New Jersey.She is sponsoring our parents GC. On form I-130 Question 22, there is a space for filling out the city and

State name asking where the Adjustment of Status will be filed. Can this be a City in Atlanta rather than a City in New Jersey. On all the forms, My sister's New Jersey address is being mentioned.

1.Will this answer also reflect the city where the finger printing can be done.?
2.Does by selecting a city near to Atlanta rather than a city in NJ will have any impact on the GC application?

Since your sister is the petitioner she must use her address! Your parents current address must also go in the beneficiary section. The Notice of action will be mailed to her from the NBC out of Missouri. Are your parents here in the US? If so Q.22 requires your parents US address on the left side, if they are on foreign soild you must give the US embassy's address for the AOS. Remember that the I-130 does not require biometrics.
