I have a similar case. Following are the dates which might give you an idea on the time frame.

F3 Priority date - March 2005
Case Approval date - March 2010
NVC welcome letter received - August 2015
Submitted all documents to NVC - May 2016
Current status - waiting for interview date/further communication from NVC
As per the visa bulletin, they are now processing cases with priority dates in Dec 2004. What's your priority date?
