Is anyone from Houston, Tx with a Priority date in May 2016? If so, how is your timeline?


This is mine:
• Priority Date: May 6, 2016 (forms I-485, I-765, & I-130)
• Email Notice Date: May 13, 2016
• Cases transferred to NBC: May 13, 2016
• Received Notification Letters: May 19, 2016
• Received Notice of Biometrics Appointment: May 27, 2016
• Biometrics Appointment: June 6, 2016
• Case (I-485) is ready to be scheduled for an interview: June 27, 2016


I have no info on the I-765 & I-130 because the receipt numbers do not work on the USCIS website. No EAD yet.

Don't count on USCIS web based status system as it sucks. It's not accurate most of the times. So wait until you get mails. Usually it takes 3-4 months to get EAD.

You have long ways to go... current time to get an interview calls is close to a year. That means since you filed in May 2016 you would get an interview call somewhere between late April to Early May 2017 unless you are super lucky.

My PD is Sept 17 2015 and I haven't got an interview call yet. USCIS online status says "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" since Dec 7 2015.
