Which Affidavit I need to file with my I485?

Please help. I have done the research and found at least three refernces in various websites including USCIS itself that says that If I have already work I can file I 134 instead of having my relative file I 864. I thought this would make sense because I have been in the US for the last 7 working years on a H1B. I pay my own bills. So, why would I have to ask my sister to file I 864 for me?

I called USCIS today and they told me that I need to file I 864. Which one is right??
