help with GC supporting documents

I am naturalized US citizen and applied for family based green card. However, I have not signed my naturalization certificate as I was not aware of it till now. When I applied for family based green card I send copied of unsigned naturalization certificate.. will the application get rejected due to this?? Has anyone faced such a situation before??

Something is missing in your message. You say you have a Naturalization Certificate (albeit unsigned) and are applying for a Green Card). For whom is the Green Card?
