Filed for ex-wifes green card, now i have to file for my new wife?

in my previous marriage, I was the one to file for my ex-wife's green card which she got. The marriage was legal and bonafide.
We separated for years but did not get divorced until last month, before I got married again to my current wife who I have been dating for 3 years. I have to file for my new wife and have these two questions.

What issues if any do you guys think I will encounter?
Should I wait before I start filing for my new wife?
