Start with the basic steps:

1. Family members with petitionable relationship submits an I-130 immigrant petition, with supporting evidence, to USCIS.
2. Evidence of relationship must be included.
3. Fee is $420.
4. After approval, the case goes to the National Visa Center (NVC) for additional fees and document submittal
