question regarding I-130

In section D of I-130 question #2 says "Have you ever filed petition for this or any other alien?"

I am filing I-130 for my parents and i have filed recently for I-129f for my fiance. What should be my answer? can anybody help please

You should answer 'Yes' and provide details for fiance.
