how much time is taken by cosular to schedule interview

Hi, i have query regarding my Immigrant Visa which had filled by my uncle. Now we are in que awaitng for an interview to scheduled. I have received this mail on 16th june 2016. So any one here , who can help me out from this wiered situation. Probably, how many months after we'll be appered for interview ?? and it is CSPA with F4 case. Now m so confused my MBA is almost completed . do i continue my study or not.
Any one plz who know this thing, reply soon to my thread.

Cspa count in f4 category ! Your pd please? And your i-130 approval date? Subtract approval date - p.d date ! For eg, your p.d is may 2004 and your approval is may 2009 that means uscis took excessive 5 years in your i-130 so 5 years will be added to your 21 age which means you are elligible untill you become 26!

oh yeah my prioritydate is 23rd may2003 and approval letter we got in 2009 and we received welcome letter from NVC in Aug2015 but dont know the exact date of it.
