Sister applied for my visa in 2007..approved in 2010
Hi,
I have called USCIS and NVC several times about my pending case. My sister had submitted form I-130 in 2007 which as approved in 2010. However, I have not heard back from the national visa center. I understand they are in priority date which is 3 years before my case was submitted. I came to the USA with a visitor visa but I was only 13yrs old and stayed with my parents but now I am 27 and still living in the county. I want to visit back to my country but am not sure whether I would be able to come back to the states. If someone can please let me know what I can do whether there is special permission that can be granted under emergency conditions. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
