I received an RFE asking for evidence to prove that my father Mr. xxxxx is my mother. I had submitted my birth certificate with my application , but the RFE says that it does not have my name on it. I am asked to submit affadavits with supporting evidence. What supporting evidence should I provide for the affadavits and what documents should I provide for this RFE.
