applied for i485/I130/I760 combo through a lawyer at the same time.
have a child together. (8 year old)
04/29/2016: received date from USCIS: :date 0
05/26/2016: bio metrics date :date 28
05/31/2016: initial evidence request :date 33 clock stopped
06/10/2016: request sent overnight :date 33 clock still stopped
(we got the letters put together and you sent it out overnight)
06/11/2016: REQUEST RECEIVED
ATE 34 CLOCK RESTARTED
06/27/2016: I485 ready to be scheduled for interview (case status updated)
07/25/2016: EAD got approved :date 76
07/27/2016: today's date, I still have not received the EAD
I was married before 2004 to US citizen,
applied for AOS with her,
our marriage was rocky did not stay together long enough to finish my process.
leaved separately, but would not divorce me until last year.
I have work paper, and social security card through the first marriage..
the first case was denied since we were not together and were not able to go to the interview. abandonment
anyone with knowledge of these kind of complex problems please chime in...
