Visa Interview

Hi,

My Wife got her Greencard Interview scheduled for September in Bombay. We have a few questions regarding when she can immigrate to the USA.

1. How long after the initial visa does she have to immigrate in? (i.e. does she have to come to USA immediately, or is there a grace period before she can come (6 months etc.?))

2. The Medical exam she has to do prior to the interview, how long does that stay valid (i.e. say she gets her medical exam done in end of August, does the medical exam have an expiry date?)

2. the medical is valid for a year
