Failure to report Change of Address - AR 11

I've been on H1B visa for about 4 years, and now applying for permanent resident through marriage.
I've not always reported change of addresses (AR11) on time, or reported at all to USCIS.

I see than on the application I need to state all the places that I have lived over the past 5 years.

Would this failure to report change of address be an issue?
