Divorced & family-based preference?

Petitioner: US Citizen

Beneficiary: Daughter of US Citizen but Divorced with childern under the age of 21

does anyone has any idea what family-based preference this beneficiary comes?

Sorry but is wasn't clear to me if she under 21 or the children is under 21
But any ways here is the two preferences

if she is under the 21, she is considered an immediate relative of a US citizen and she and her children don't have to wait for a immigration visa to be available for her and you may file for the petition and her status adjustment together.

But if she is over 21
She will be under the Family 1st : Unmarried Sons and Daughters over 21 of Citizens. The wait is about five to seven years. And make sure that her children don't age out (turn 21) other wise the child will lose the benefit and will wait again.
