Hello,
I intend to apply for a Green Card for my sister, who lives in India. She has a daughter (age 12). My sister and her traveled to the US on multiple occasions in the past on a tourist visa. My questions are:
1. After the Green Card application has been submitted, will it be OK for them to still travel to the US on their tourist visa while the Green Card application is formally submitted, or do the current immigration rules invoke any restrictions on their travel to US while their application is pending consideration.
2. Also, while the application is pending, will my niece be permitted to apply for a Student Visa to the US for under-graduate studies?
