I am PR Greencard Holder since Feb2014, currently working in Atlanta. I recently got married in India and wish to start the Petition Process for my Spouse to join me.
Can you guys spell out the Do's and Dont's for such Cases?
1) I am Filling I-130
2) Copy of my Greencard
3) Copy of Marriage Certificate
4) Recent Passport Photo of MYSELF / of SPOUSE
5) Biographic Info Form G-325 of SELF / of SPOUSE
6) AFFIDAVITS (two) from Third Parties witness of our Marriage
7)I have also furnished Form G-1145 for E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
8) FEES $ 420 Payable USDHS
Sending Application to USCIS Chicago Lockbox as I am in Georgia.
Okay folks your valuable suggestions,any helpful info and anticipatory anything missing...and what to expect now ..? thank you
