My priority date under F3 category is 31 Aug. 2005. How may days before priority date become current one usually receive welcome letter from NVC?
Further, I have one more question to ask. In the case principal applicant is my wife and the last name in the case is with her maiden name. Now after marriage her last name on passport is with her husband last name. Do we need to inform NVC and get her last name changed right now or after we receive the welcome letter from NVC.[/
