  • sponsoring my wife

I am planning to submit I-130 soon to sponsor my wife.

However, she is planning to go to a school in US(not accepted yet) for fall semester next year.

If I apply for her green card, it's not going to be approved in time.

So I would like to know if she should just apply for a student VISA and then go through change of status or

apply both green card and student visa at the same time.

If anyone know the answer please let me know.

    Thank you,
