Hello Ray....thank you once again..two Questions..

i)I gather - My Foreign spouse should also SELECT...OTHER : SPOUSAL, IN SUPPORT OF F2A. Correct? [Not STATUS AS PERMANENT RESIDENT ]?

ii) After Marriage my Passport still carries my Maiden Name. Can I continue using just that? and can I keep the same Name in the FORMS I-130/G325A etc..,etc?
or is it Mandatory that - I have to put my Husbands Name instead of my Father's Name as I normally do? Like after Marriage is it Compulsary to Change Name for Official Work?

your answer will help.. thank you

USCIS and the State Department are somewhat flexible whether to issue visa and subsequent Green Card in your pre-marital name or married name. Normally, however, your visa is issued in the name on your passport. If you want your Green Card to be in your married name, you should change your passport to reflect your married name before your paperwork reaches the NVC.

The "Status as Permanent Resident" is normally selected when one is doing "Adjustment of Status" in the States, but could apply for your immigrant visa. But my suggestion still holds, the it is better t select "Other," and then specify "Spousal visa."

Clear on Question (i). Thank you.
-As regards the NAME...i am PR Greencard holder Bride in USA...and; my Passport, Greencard, Bank Accounts all have my Name (as in my Maiden Name). After Marriage I still use the same Name and have not used with my Husbands Name. Its a trend to keep the same... I am filing I-130 for my Husband who is Indian National and in India.
Is it Okay for me to keep using my Maiden Name or do I have to change my Name?

Yes; you are under no obligation to change name just for immigration.
