hello people,
my uncle petitioned for my father(57) and mother (52) and me(24) under F4 category in May 2003.
Petition date - May 2003
Approval date - June 2009
visa bulletin current date - feb 2016
application(ds-260) filed for my father and mother in feb itself and NVC did not generate an invoice for me but my name appears on the ceac site as Follow to join N/A under IV fee.the invoice was generated for my parents but not for me.
My current age is 24 and i want to know whether do i qualify under CSPA act and still legally apply under the F4 category with my father and mother?
please reply asap and let me know what is the process to obtain the invoice and apply?
PS - My parents fees are already paid and ds260 submitted.

of course, u r eligible for CSPA and u can apply with ur father and mother..!!! mY case also falls under CSPA act.. and my AOS fees filled and DS-260 submitted successfully. Now we r in the que awaiting for interview..!!
Don't worry u still have tym.. i advice u that u should fill ur appeal for it !!

Ruby Bhangu please can u share ur process it will be very helpful for me. Did u contact NVC and did they run the cspa calculator.please share ur PD and Approval date.and ur birth year.it will be of great help to share ur experience.

yeah sure, my D.O.B is 18th dec 1991...!! My PD is 23rd may 2003 and got approval on oct 2009..!! then we received the "welcome letter" on aug 2015 !!!
my CSPA cased approved on feb 06,2016 ..afterwards my AOS fees was filled and Ds-260 form was filled. and finally on june16th ..i got an email that was about our forms submmitted successfully and we are in que awaiting for interview.!! and yes also mention that "in most of the cases applicant can get their visa within 60 days".
its a long process !! hope for getting a good news in oct !!

How did you come to know that they approved your case for cspa? MY PD is May 12 2003 and Approval Date us may 18 2009.My DOB is 24th March 1992.am i eligible? but the welcome letter came for only my mom and dad.what to do? i m confused. guide me

i know this b'cuz when we open that ceac.state.gov site ...there is an option for immigrants and for non immigrant. you just go wid immigrant .then you will see options for ..(a) DS-261, Online Choice of Address and Agent
(b) Fee Payment
(c) DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application
(d) Check My Visa Application Status
you just option these all.. and for this you have to sign in... you have to submit ur case no. invoice ID no ( this ID no you can get from ur welcome letter)
this is an immigrant visa invoice payment centre!!!
you can easily get these thing.. Before my approval my name was not in list that was given for fee payment and ds-260 form .. after my CSPA approval mime name entered by NVC .. that's why i know this.

Yeah it means the same..Now your are eligible to go wid ur parents and don't waste tym pay your fees at time otherwise your case will be dismiss. You have option either you pay online or by your petitioner.
and after every payment..it takes 3-4 business days to approve. You keep on checking this site. and pay your fees soon.

if your name is no in invoice list then , you are not able to pay till than your name is not showing with status of 'accompany'.
First of all you should contact with NVC , ask abot it. Otherwise you can file your appeal for it . What is your PD ??
